Our minimum order for a 1-color/1-side basic project is 12 items. If your order is multi-colored or multi-sided, the minimum will be higher.
We will not print or embroider any design that is copyrighted elsewhere or that has been duplicated from another website.
Once you accept an estimate, you are "locked in" and we cannot change the price, nor can you cancel.
We will not print designs that promote unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
We will not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
All graphics that we create are our property and cannot be duplicated or given to another party to use.
Customers agree to abide by laundering instructions that we provide - and will not return an item they have destroyed by misuse.
Customers agree to indicate the method of payment they will use when they place an order.

We make every effort to ensure that all items are in prime condition when delivered to you.
If an item is found to be damaged (and can be returned unworn) we agree to replace it or refund that item's value
Problems must be communicated to Designs from the Hart within 48 hours of receipt.
